This award scheme is to identify some of the leading CEOs in Africa – and by implication the enterprise they lead – so that enterprises across the continent can have a guide as to some of the counterparties they can safely do business with.’ This enables Africa’s hitherto unexploited capacity with regards to intra-continental to be unlocked by enterprises who are guided by our awards as to whom to do business with as a starting point. Thus the award facilitates intra-African business collaborations and partnerships, as well as provide the building blocks for the creation of cross-border supply and value chains, even as it opens up product/service distribution and consumer markets for products made in other African countries.

This award scheme aims at identifying and publicly recognizing women whose professional, entrepreneurial or managerial achievements and/or societal contribution and impacts have been outstanding and are therefore role models capable of mentoring the new generation of women who have embarked on the journey towards success.

The Africa-Global Pharma and Healthcare Conference/Awards scheme is uniquely designed to identify and publicly recognize enterprises and their owners/CEOs in the health sector all around the continent whose exemplary track records of accomplishment and proven capacities to deliver on their end of international trade and investment transactions and longer term relationships, makes them excellent healthcare trade and investment counterparties in Africa. To this end the awardees will comprise a grouping of outstanding healthcare corporations, as represented by their respective CEOs, with regards to their capacities to engage in trade, investment and business-to business transactions between healthcare enterprises domiciled in Africa and enterprises situated in other continents around the world.

The WIP Association is a group of extraordinary women whose accomplishments; personal, professional and entrepreneurial as well as conduct have been exemplary, thus making them role models for women everywhere. It embodies top female CEOs and dignified past award winners of the prestigious 100 Most Influential Women Conference and Awards. Our objective is to further the cause of women by addressing some pressing challenges that women face particularly as entrepreneurs, professionals and corporate executives and making concerted efforts to overcome them for the benefit of women as a whole. They better the lot of womanhood through several pivotal socio-economic interventions, involving both advocacy and direct projects and programs. These include summits, conferences, webinars, outreach, advocacy, etc.
